First welcome to Sparks
Then every little bit of movement more that you used to do is great. Getting yourself moving in a safe way is the best thing you can do. What good is it to push yourself too far and then never want to try again.
The article on exercise is great.
Don't give up!
Believe you can and your halfway there.
The talent of success is nothing more than doing what you can do well and doing well whatever you do.
"...there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for."
"We're children of a fighting race that never yet has known disgrace." (The Soldiers' Song, Irish national anthem)

I'm walking around in my house for 3 minutes trying to work up to 5 right now. I know something is better than nothing. i would love to get up to 20 minutes. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgic any suggestion to help me. i really need to lose over 100lbs?
