hello! I've been with spark people about a month. I'm not able to walk long distance because of back pain and it extends down left hip and leg. I'm walking around in my house for 3 minutes trying to work up to 5 right now. I know something is better than nothing. i would love to get up to 20 minutes. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgic any suggestion to help me. i really need to lose over 100lbs?
