First welcome to Sparks

Then every little bit of movement more that you used to do is great. Getting yourself moving in a safe way is the best thing you can do. What good is it to push yourself too far and then never want to try again.

The article on exercise is great.

Don't give up!

I'm walking around in my house for 3 minutes trying to work up to 5 right now. I know something is better than nothing. i would love to get up to 20 minutes. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgic any suggestion to help me. i really need to lose over 100lbs? emoticon
