I am like so many of the other folks who have posted here. The health issues, the yo yo dieting, the frustration. I have had this Spark page on my computer for three years and I start doing it and then quit. This year I am once again starting--but praying to NEVER quit. I feel so separated from my family by this mountain of weight I carry around. I have a husband, four grown married children and 2 married step children. We have a total of 13 grandchildren. They all love me very much but I can feel the disappointment in each of them. Mostly because of my health issues. I have joined the gym to start out on their indoor walking track and hope to graduate to the water aerobics and senior floor exercises. I am going to need ALL the help I can get and will try to be a supportive friend to others in this group.
