. the aim is to eat at least 5 fruit and veg every day, after that go for it, I average between 7 and 10,because I have a 5 fruit salad for brekkie. you should also try to get in 8 cups of water at least. I only drink weak black tea so I don't really know about any other, someone else will answer. sue

Hi, I'm new to sparkpeople and I just started today. What I need to know is, can I eat as many fruits and vegetables as I want everyday? Also what about coffee and tea? Thanks and I have a feeling that this program just might work.
