I live in the 'burbs of Atlanta, GA. I am actually one of the few remaining native Atlantans here and I think the others are all related to me. LOL!! The air quality is bad, the summer's are stifling, the traffic is horrible and still an average of 1,100 people move here per DAY! And I love it!

I live in Hillsboro, Oregon...the county seat of Washington County. It has a population of about 80,000, and has grown rapidly from a small farming community to a fair-sized town. I was born and raised in Oregon and have lived in Central Oregon and the Willamette Valley...also in the foothills of the Cascades and the foothills of the Coastal Range...we are about 20 miles from Portland, Oregon and an hour from the Pacific Coast and an hour from Mt. Hood and just across the river form Vancouver, Washington.

HI- I live in Uvalde, Texas. I am about an hour from the Mexican border, west of San Antonio. Our town has a population of about 20-25 thousand. Not very big but still bigger than some. We only have 2 grocery stores H.E.B.(Texas chain) and WalMart. No farmers market even though we are definitely a rural community. I think that is odd. We should be able to get the best produce but...it is all shipped somewhere else! Go figure!
