It can be hard to commit at first. Carbs are everywhere. I suggest finding afew good recipes then adding more as time goes on. Once you find a comfort zone you'll be just fine.

I have tried low carb before with good sucess but ufortunately have not stuck with it. I have no idea why because I felt so much better both mentally and physically when on it. i have returned to this lifestyle - this time for good.
