Hey! It is an awesome way to eat. You don't get hungry and get lots of energy. The biggest thing to remember is that this is a way of eating for life-not a diet. If you slip up and eat something "not clean" you just get right back to it. I've discovered that if I do have some junk food my body feels like crap. Good luck to you!!!

Good afternoon! I am a busy mom with 2 teenagers. My youngest just turned 13 a couple of days ago. I woke up the morning of his birthday and realized that in a few short years, my kids will be grown. It is way past time to focus on my health. I know what to do to lose weight..... it is just difficult to find the time and motivation! The day after the birthday celebration, I rejoined the gym and started following a "clean" eating plan. I am excited about my new journey. I am glad to have found this forum! I know it will be helpful to ask questions and share concerns and celebrate milestones along the way.
