I think that is awesome Kelly losing all that weight. Have you changed your workout a bit or maybe add a few calories 1 day a week to lose? Just my 2 cents let me know how it goes Michelle

I'm almost 51, I have two adult sons and a 10 year old. I've gone from 289 to 198 in a bit under two years on a modified clean eating program. I'm stuck here at 198 and have been for about 6 months. I'm hoping that sparkpeople will help me get moving again. I can use all the help I can get.
