Hi all- I stumbled upon clean eating and for about 3 months I have been going up and down. I am really struggling. I get the magazine and also have the magazines cookbook and some of Tosca's books also. So I have all of the tools but I find that I seem to get overwhelmed. Here's why........Okay I am just not sure where/how to start! I have six children and I work 2 nights out of the week and also work every weekend sometimes even saturday and Sunday. So with the young ones it makes it hard to go food shopping every day. I do try to meal plan before I go shopping. I need to have simple meals that don't have many ingreidents-- because I just confused I tend to eat the same thing for a couple of months till I get bored out of my mind and then I start to eat junk.....any hints or ideas to help me out?Thanks!
