It can seem overwhelming, but just 'do' only what you can 'do' without stressing. Mail can wait. Swinging by someone's page (I call it our dorm rooms) can wait. Just put your intuition *out* to test the waters, & where ever you feel yourself *happy* that's where you'll wanna' be. Meditation is awesome too. I try to meditate every day. I checked out several DVDs on yoga, yesterday, too. It's gonna' always be a mixing n' matching, or juggling- with some slippin' n' slidin' too, but it's sooo NICE to find the steps to help transformation seem... less confusing.

I am a coffee drinker and I only have 2 cups a day anyway. But I've also added meditation to your list for me. I am meditating about 1/2 hr. daily and I really like it! I'm very excited to have found Sparkpeople...and I'm reading the book, which is totally motivating! I'm kind of overwhelmed with all the emails. THANK YOU!!

On the decaf... I've heard good things about coffee, too, so if you're a coffee drinker, maybe you could cut down to 1-2 cups. On snoring, 1st check to see what can be done naturally. There's drugs prescribed for snoring, that may cause other health problems. Let us know how you're doing with the changes!!

I need to lower my blood pressure. I had lost 35 lbs. and have kept it off for many years but now I need to get to my height goal weight and that means I must lose 10 more pounds! It seems very difficult to me because I've had a hard time imagining myself that thin. I purchased 'The Spark' and it is motivating me but I know that I need the Spark community to get to my goal and maintain it. I'm motivated...I even have been spreading the 'spark'!
