Welcome to the team. Eating clean is a great way to a healthy lifestyle. Don't expect going cold turkey to always work. You might need to take smaller steps. But cleaning the cupboards is a great start!

My name is Sharon. I'm new to the idea of clean eating. My husband and I have just decided that we need to try this way of life. I have about 100 pounds to lose, but he's naturally thin and in good physical shape. I'm anxious to really get going. Cleaned out the cupboards and the fridge. Grocery day is Saturday. In the meantime, we're doing pretty good just with what we have in the house and I'm searching the internet for tidbits of info. Ordered Clean Eating magazine and anxious for the first issue to arrive.
