Not so new to SP....I lost touch, but the good news is I'm here now. I'm slowly changing over my families eating habits to a more clean eating type way of life. Some things are harder to let go of than others. (I just gave up my drug of choice - diet pepsi.)
The weight is coming off slowly, but I'm feeling more energy than I have in a long, long time - by eating clean - real foods.
