Hi! I'm back again to join this team.
I have food intolerances to dairy, wheat, soy, gluten and latex.
I also have gastroporalsis. ( spelling)
In short when I eat it stays in the esophagus and ferments there. I have no blockage, diabetes, cancer.
Basically soft foods 8 times per day no more than 12-15 grams of fiber.
There is a lot of white bread and 100 calorie snacks.
Nothing raw, ( good bye lettuce & fruit) but I can have canned peaches, apricots mashed with a fork.
So far I put on 4 lbs but I know that will drop. I was forcing food down.
I can have 1/2 serving of foods, but when I mix them it reeks havoc..so now I know not to mix foods.
I'm still learning and will watch the message boards.
DETERMINED to lose this weight...
frustrated....need some motivation.
