Hang in there. As with any change in eating plans, I'm confident you will find more foods to add as you adjust.

Keep up the fight!

Hi! I'm back again to join this team.
I have food intolerances to dairy, wheat, soy, gluten and latex.
I also have gastroporalsis. ( spelling)
In short when I eat it stays in the esophagus and ferments there. I have no blockage, diabetes, cancer.
Basically soft foods 8 times per day no more than 12-15 grams of fiber.
There is a lot of white bread and 100 calorie snacks.
Nothing raw, ( good bye lettuce & fruit) but I can have canned peaches, apricots mashed with a fork.
So far I put on 4 lbs but I know that will drop. I was forcing food down.
I can have 1/2 serving of foods, but when I mix them it reeks havoc..so now I know not to mix foods.
I'm still learning and will watch the message boards.
DETERMINED to lose this weight... emoticon frustrated....need some motivation.
