I'm new to spark, but have been practicing with YTTP for 3 years. It's a wonderful thing to share with other, so I'm happy to be here! Hoping to find support and encouragement from others on my journey of rediscovery. I hope to be going to 4 classes per week by the end of the year. Currently I'm aiming for 3. I have some wrist issues that comes with weak back muscles which I've been working on. but I'm sure will dissipate as I grow stronger in my practice.
