Ive been on spark for a long time but i seen this Team on a friends page and thought i would join as Yoga has helped me with arthritis so much! i cant do it all but i can do some and maybe later do more! Im glad i joined the Team Namaste,BONZ

I decided to start "sparking" again after getting off track with my diet. Currently, I try to practice yoga about 4-5 times a week. I can't afford classes so I practice at home. I look forward to learning more from this forum!
