My name is Nadine and I live in Henderson, NV
I think I was a member of this forum a while back but I cannot remember. I am a long time albeit sporadic yoga practitioner and honestly love the feeling I get when I get on the mat no matter how long it has been since I set foot on it from the last time.
I am starting to use yoga again as part of my fitness routine and it has been a great way to give myself a nice workout if not a calorie burn. Just wanted to stop in and say hello:)
