Right now my practice is a very slow, gentle stretch. I have joint issues, so I really have to ease back in. I'm stunned at far back I've gone in terms of general flexibility. Where I used to be able to clasp my wrists in gomukhasana (arms only, I've never been able to get the legs in position), I can now just barely touch fingertips, lol.
It will take some time before I'm flowing through my sun salutation!
