Thank you for the suggestion. I also signed up for the 21 day gratitude series. Today, the first day, the meditation really touched me. It promises to be a wonderful series and I am looking forward to tomorrow...

maybe you need a Restorative Yoga practice. Barbara Benagh has a good dvd Yoga for Stress Relief. She is good guiding you into the poses, which are done at slow pace. In fact there are many different sessions in the dvd for different purposes. Join us in the monthly challenge, share your experience. Inspire and be inspired. Namaste!

Hello Everybody...I just joined this team and am looking forward to getting to know people here. My practice to date has been very sporadic with my busy life getting in the way too often. Sad but true... I have been doing Hatha yoga off and on for about a year. I had tried to take a class a year back but the instructor moved the class through the poses too fast for my comfort so I stopped going after three sessions. At this time I am looking to use my practice more for relaxation and stress reduction and would appreciate any suggestions/guidance as to how to best do this. Thank you!
