Thanks! The planning has been quite stressful and unfortunately, I've only recently been able to start practicing again. I still need to get the hang of sitting still for 10 minutes to meditate everyday but I will try.
I generally do Vinyasa yoga but it's been forever since I stepped into a studio. Money's kinda tight at the moment so I've had to take what I'd learned before and just follow along to around 3 or 4 videos that I rotate.
I'll definitely have a look at the challenges :) Thanks for the warm welcome

My name is Gracie and I'm new. I've always been a little hit and miss with my yoga but I've always found that when I do find time for it, I always feel awesome afterwards (Anyone who says they've never almost fallen asleep during that last corpse pose is lying!) I'm hoping to be able to practice more now and increase strength and flexibility and bust stress because I've got a wedding to plan for. Looking forward to meeting and reaching goals with everyone :)
