great to have you here, maybe you would like to join the ongoing 21-day Yoga Journal Challenge, it's free, the instructors are excellent, 2 level(beginner,intermediate) and it just started on June 10 a well as the Meditation Challenge Healing Rhythms. Also we have the monthly challenge to inspire and be inspired.
How long have you been practicing Yoga? Have you attended a studio or gym to learn the poses with a certified Yoga instructor? Besides Vinyasa do you practice another type of Yoga?

Hi everyone how's the challenge going?. I'm doing good, I did yoga yesterday and today. Both practices were challenging. If you want to try one of my routines, go to youtube and search for sadienardini. I guarantee she'll give you a good workout.
I am toying with the idea of maybe 3 times a week. I already walk 3 miles every day. I am really looking for something to work the upper body. So not really sure if it will be yoga. I had done it years ago, and really enjoyed it. Will have to take a second look at my DVD and make a decision. I do have all the equipment, 2 mats, bricks.

I just joined SparkPeople today and was so happy to find this forum. I love yoga and am up to a new challenge. Anyone interested in doing a 30 day challenge with me. To where we must commit to doing at least one practice a day?
