Just a brief (re)introduction. I've had a yoga practice on and off for 12 years. Yoga has helped me though quite a lot, and given me a sense of quiet strength and centeredness. I've recently let my practice lag, and it's painfully evident in my mind, body, and spirit. Looking forward to sharing the community here.
