You will love it here.
I take yoga classes sparingly, myself outside of a longer than class length home practice of yoga-pilates fusion.
It's good to know someone else has an ambitious, disciplined home practice around this team.
I like classes, but I also like taking them from online and, of course, I've my own sequence that I put together. It is not 100% the same each time. DVDs and downloads can get old with the lack of variety; but so could a class. Even a class not meant for beginners.
I would rather have a class that did not focus on inversions, but that moved fast in a relatively forgiving way; and I'd been looking for a class like that for years. Classes like that did exist, and I'd had to travel on regional rail to get to some of them ... and others of them threw too many curveballs in an otherwise inviting practice...
You sound like a very strong young woman, and an ambitious yogi. You are also on 'Working Out at Home' team.
