Hi - i´m Khelia.
My first Experice with Yoga goes back to the early 70s. Through the years i went off and on with my practice, but never let it go completely.
Big setback a few years ago, while having lots of pain that went worse with practicing. My flexibility went down to zero.
Finally i´ve been diagnosed with ancylosing spondilitis. The conclusion: Yoga is just what i need to battle SpA. But i have to be careful, because to much tension causes inflammation in my tendons.

I booked a premium membership at my yoga online a year ago and gained lot of flexibility back.
Still cant sit in easy pose. Its a big goal to be comfortable in easy pose again.
I do an slow set of sun salutations every morning, when things go bad, i do them half. Additionally i try to do at last a 15 minute-practice every day
I have no class at the moment, but sometimes i book a private lesson with a physiotherapist thats a yoga-teacher, to adjust my practice.
