Welcome! I recently joined (well, it's been like a month now) and since then I've been doing a bit of yoga every day. There are so many great resources in this team! I love yoga and it is so great to be able to practice it regularly now.
Hi, I am new to this team. I just joined today. I haven't had anything else jump out at me till now. I started doing yoga on Jan 4 th of this year at a studio. I am in love. I had done it a couple of times at the gym before and although enjoyable(to an extent) it was nothing ike the Moksha studio I now attend on a regular basis. I joined hoping to help with the pain in my leg and knee. What I have gotten is so much more. I feel peaceful when I leave, the intentions for the class give me contemplation and inspiration for the day. I arrived at this spark team by watching the video on yoga straps. I feel inspired!
