I just did the first video on that 21-day challenge. Loved it! I really liked the focus on breathing. I definitely plan to keep this up.

also check Kripalu.org and all the free sites, of course if you have the opportunity to attend classes at a studio or gym with a certified Yoga instructor it will be wonderful, because your learn the poses right and had the feedback of the instructor.

Thanks so much! I will definitely be checking out that 21-Day challenge!

I don't know what the type of yoga I like to do is called. It's just really basic yoga, mostly focusing on stretching.

I just joined the team today. I enjoy yoga, but haven't done it regularly in a long time. The free classes my college offers are always at bad times for me. I've done a few of the SP yoga videos, but there isn't much offered. I LOVE the 20 minute yogilates video, though! If I have room in my budget this month, I plan on buying some yoga videos so I can do it more regularly. The "Videos and Books" discussion looks really helpful!
