Namaste... by the way I love that translation you have in your photo section on your Spark Page. Right now to maintain my loss, I am doing 60 minutes of yoga 5 days a week and eating as much fresh, unrefined, unprocessed food as possible. Seems to be working.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.

Hello all,
I'm in my third week on spark and lost 6 lbs already :) I plan to keep it up! I used to do yoga more avidly but had a fall out with it (even though i'm still paying for it!), but i'm going to start going back this week (hopefully). :)
