Namaste... by the way I love that translation you have in your photo section on your Spark Page. Right now to maintain my loss, I am doing 60 minutes of yoga 5 days a week and eating as much fresh, unrefined, unprocessed food as possible. Seems to be working.

Hello all, I'm in my third week on spark and lost 6 lbs already :) I plan to keep it up! I used to do yoga more avidly but had a fall out with it (even though i'm still paying for it!), but i'm going to start going back this week (hopefully). :)
