Hi, no I'm not a yoga instructor but I am a strength and Aquafit instructor :) I just love yoga and would hate to ever make it work. So I do it for the pure enjoyment of moving my body with no stress of work

Strength train three times weekly

Glad to hear yoga is part of your healthy lifestyle. I just finished a 400 hour yoga teacher training. Our teacher believes that with the right diet that yoga can be enough. I still working on a better diet in terms of reducing my use of red meat and reduced simple carbs.
