Hello Everyone. My name is Kathryn Harriet. I am a yoga newbie but already obsessed. For years I thought you had to be already fit in order to practice yoga, a few months ago I found out this was not so - it is also a good way to get fit. I have a lot of health problems and I love the way yoga addresses the whole person and not simply the physical. Crippled with osteoarthritis, I am always on the hunt for modifications of the asanas. Thankfully, more and more yoga instructors are putting them out there and I am able to pose a little each day. It will be nice to have a community of others to share this with.
