I hope to make it to my first class tomorrow night after work. Will let you know how it goes. I cannot bend forward but I am usually okay to the sides and backward. Can you recommend a good program for me?

I am presently in my third yoga teacher training.... one more to go for my 500 hour certification. This week we have talked about how many exercise routines make you feel worse rather than better after you do them... yoga doesn't. My teacher says: With the proper diet yoga is enough.

I just began a yoga routine not too long ago and am really looking forward to what this journey brings me. Last year, I was engaged in Insanity and Chalean Extreme, both which were great workouts, but I felt that I needed something a bit different to soothe my soul. One other goal is to lose weight (of course) which is a new year resolution so hopefully that will come true. I normally don't make resolutions but this time around I thought I would do so since I started a brand new routine
