Hello everyone. I am just starting out with Spark people. I have heard good things so I am looking forward to sharing my weight loss journey with all of you. I originally started out at 298 lbs two years ago. I got down to 245 just by simple changes in diet and taking walks. I have been stuck at that plateau for about 6 months now so I have decided to take a new approach. I do a 10 minute AM and 10 min PM yoga daily followed by a guided meditation. I have realized a healthy mind is part of my soon to be healthy body. I started with Spark People at 244 and am currently at 236. My ultimate goal is 145 lbs which is my ideal body weight for my height.
