In my experience, it's the teacher that makes a good yoga class, not so much the place. Of course the enthusiasm of the students helps a class as well.

Hey everyone I am Jennifer. I am trying to lose about 40 pounds by leading a healthy lifestyle as well as an active one. I am starting slowly and hopefully will see some progress as I have been struggling to drop this weight for nearly 2 years. I love my home yoga practice, but I hope to get into a studio sometime this year, my options are limited and I may end up taking them at the YMCA instead of an actual studio, but that doesn't mean they won't be any good.
