What a lovely way to talk about the pounds you would like to 'move back into the universe'! I'll remember that one!
I developed a practice by following a yoga class and then doing the exercises that I liked OR found challenging at home. Started by saying I'd do just five minutes per day, and from there it developed. You don't have to rise early.... It's okay to do yoga any time of day!

... and I am here to make a difference from the inside out, and work forwards to where I was 3 years ago - better all round. So, there are 44 pounds / 20kg to be lovingly moved back into the custody of the Universe (rather than my belly), stamina and strength to build up, cycling, sailing and hiking adventures to go on and a lovely wardrobe to fit into once again. I would also love to end up with a working Yoga practice, which has always eluded me as I'm neither an early riser nor a routine lover. An Ashtanga/Nidra combo would be lovely. Help!?
