There are so many good recipes to try it is hard to suggest were to start. I highly recommend getting the cookbook so you can peruse the recipes at your leisure.
Chicken with Lemon and Olives is good... the smoothie recipes give you a great starting point to create your own.
Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.
Just tried the southwest bkackbean soup, delicious! Want to try the pan lasagna next. Other suggestions?
