Hi there :) I am a newbie to yoga as well. Not sure what type of cable you have but if it through verizon you can get lots of videos for free. Go to menu, search, type yoga- and there you go. I have been using these to start with until I find a class in my area where you don't have to join a gym to take it. Best of luck to you :0)

there are plenty of info in the Information Forum below, in fact there is a beginner challenge from Yoga Journal and one coming up in January, check the post. Joining us also in the monthly challenge, we share our experience and info about the Yoga practice we do, dvds, internet link, book and so on. What type of Yoga do you practice? It's great to attend a live class to learn the poses right under the supervision of certified instructor and then develope your own home practice. Have fun!

We just started a yoga program after work and I have no idea why it has taken me so long to try this. I love it! Can't wait to make it part of regular routine. Can someone suggest some videos or guides for doing this at home as a beginner?
