Thanks I appreciate the tip! Right now I'm just doing between ten and fifteen minutes of yoga a day. I am not very strong or flexible but I'll get there.

Hi, I'm Lydia, 22 years old. I used to do yoga when I was younger, quite the unconventional way I watch Inhale with Steve Ross. But now that I am starting my weight loss journey I have been doing some yoga poses when I get up and to "stretch" before my workouts. I hope to get further into yoga as my weight loss progresses. Just thought I would say hi and introduce myself, I'm sure I will be here quite often asking questions.
