I searched for yoga classes in my area on and off for years and finally stumbled across a new studio opening very close to home. I was so excited! I'm sure that I bugged the new owners to death asking questions about when they were opening, schedules, beginner classes etc. They opened Aug 1, 2012 and I took two classes that day. My first ever class was a gentle class and I was hooked. The 2nd class that day was called Basics and was a beginners slow flow. They offered an 30 day unlimited package so I tried as many classes and instructors as I could to see which classes were right for me. I am currently practicing 5-7 a week. It would be more if they offered afternoon classes on Fri and Sat! I have also found myself incorporating some of my practice into my time at the gym.
