Hi PUNCHILOUIE! Thank you for the welcome! I have been practicing yoga on and off for several years. Everytime I get back to practicing I can never figure out why I stopped, since I enjoy it so much. I try and practice everyday, and I feel that I am creating a more balanced routine for myself, than what I've practiced in the past. I really enjoy ashtanga, and faster paced vinyasa flows, but sometimes I feel I over do it. So I'm trying to alternate between the two, mixed in between with some shorter practices and some more gentle forms of yoga.
I mostly practice at home, and occasionaly will take a class. I have LOTS, and LOTS of videos, I've been collecting them for years, so that gives me variety. I'm just recently getting into doing some short practices on my own without guidance.
