Welcome, I know exactly what you mean about yoga changing your life. It is still changing mine. I practice Adamantine yoga.... a series created by Jame Miller . He recently added the component of informed action to it... which I love. Each day I focus on an informed action on and off the mat: Monday - surrender, Tuesday - nonviolence, Wednesday - humility, Thursday- integrity, Friday - service and Saturday - passion.
