Thanks for asking, Punchilouie! After my first yoga class about a million years ago, I started a daily practice and I still remember how thrilled I was when I was able to make my hands meet behind my back during cow pose---after 4 months!! After that honeymoon phase I still practiced hatha yoga regularly if not daily. I was so enamored that I even taught yoga and Pilates classes for a while. I've been more focused on Pilates lately but am ready to get more serious about yoga. I'm thinking of a 30-Days-of- Yoga Challenge for myself!
