everything in moderation right? but is there really such thing as too much yoga? i would say no. i just love it and do classes as much as i can! :)

Welcome to the Yoga Lovers team... you are in the right place. Just a word of caution... from someone who overdid a pose and is feeling it. Yoga is a wonderful place to learn to balance ambition and compassion. My teacher is always reminding me to be as compassionate with myself as I am with my students.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.

Hi everyone. I started yoga a while ago and I must say I really love it. I now try to do it 5x a week and really miss it when I don't get around to it. I use yoga to stretch and center myself. It's a nice way to have some time for yourself. Being able to do something good for me. I hope to improve with time so I can manage the more advanced yoga poses.
