You are on the right track!!! However, long it takes is appropriate for you...You are making changes that are healthy and that you can incorporate into your daily nutrition long term...You can do it..:)

My SparkPage
I'm back again (for the xxth time), trying to really do this. I have a love/hate relationship with diets. Any word where'die' is the majority part of the word can't be good. Every time I die, I end up gaining weight instead. This time I'm trying to incorporate healthy in-season (cheaper) produce. I'm a member of a local CSA so each week is like I'm on the show 'Chopped' trying to find a way to make a great meal out of what's available.

I love to cook and bake. But trying to make it healthier and family friendly.
