I worked at a Healing Arts Center and my salary was being able to go to any classes I wanted. I went to a yoga class, not sure what kind, but it was very passive and calming and I need that to keep my stress levels down and in check. I still use the yoga as my stress tamer, but I love the fact that I can lose weight and inches by doing it.

Welcome, Cathy. Since you love yoga consider joining one of the team challenges. There are forums where we discuss our practices, what works, what doesn't, what resources we've found. Several of us are also doing a meditation challenge.
I too find myself doing random poses throughout the day. Sometimes getting up from my desk and doing a forward bend or triangle pose is just what I need to loosen up my back or hips. Looking forward to getting to know you!
