If you remember the body you had in your teens or 20s with wistful longing, and you want to regain it (albeit a better, healthier, more grown-up version), then we have something in common. I am on a journey to get back into shape - or perhaps better shape than ever - this summer. My goals are to lose about 15 pounds and to make working out consistently the joyful habit that it has been on and off in my life.
