you are a busy person, maybe committing yourself to do 3- 10 min walk in the morning (interval walking),afternoon and evening to do some cardio and your Yoga practice, Power Yoga, Vinyasa are good to loose weight because they elevate the heart rate you don't have to do hours of them, what about 10-20 min most of the days of the week. In the forum you can find a link to 21-day Yoga Journal Challenge, they have two levels, beginners and intermediate and right now we are starting the 21-day Meditation Challenge(check the link in the corresponding post) only 14 minutes of your time to sit and relax.
