emoticon you are a busy person, maybe committing yourself to do 3- 10 min walk in the morning (interval walking),afternoon and evening to do some cardio and your Yoga practice, Power Yoga, Vinyasa are good to loose weight because they elevate the heart rate you don't have to do hours of them, what about 10-20 min most of the days of the week. In the forum you can find a link to 21-day Yoga Journal Challenge, they have two levels, beginners and intermediate and right now we are starting the 21-day Meditation Challenge(check the link in the corresponding post) only 14 minutes of your time to sit and relax. The trick is organization, also in the monthly challenge there is a link about busyness, check it out. Good luck in your journey for a healthy new lifestyle and a healthy and happy you! emoticon

Hi PHP, nice to meet you.
Do you practice yoga frequently? I'm hoping that yoga will help you become more balanced. My experience is that it helps to focus on what really matters and to have more appreciation of small things and pure tastes... Also to no longer be so mesmerized by the lure of very sweet, very salt or very fatty foods...
It sounds like you have very busy days so I'm sure that yoga will also help you relax...

I'm hoping Spark People with give me th spark I need to lose 50 pounds by next March. I started Weight Watchers several times but lose interest after a few weeks. I lost 35 pounds back in 2006 but have gained it back. This time, I want to finish and keep it off. My biggest challenge is exercise - I already get up at 5 am to go to work, and I have a twelve-hour day every week day. Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated!
