emoticon Yoga is a wonderful way to get flexible and improve posture and achieve relaxation. Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga or Bikram Yoga are vigorous Yoga practices that burn more calories, a good studio or gym with a certified Yoga instructor is a good way to start because you get the feedback to do the poses right then you can developed your own home practice. there are plenty od dvds, an online sites if you want to try on your own but always remember to watch the whole practice. In the Forum you'll find a lot of information about online sites, dvds, books. MN is spot on, there is no one exercise that can help but various series.

I find that performing sun salutations help with building up energy which will come in handy in other areas.

It's true that it is good to find a decent yoga instructor and you may need to try a few before you find the one who is right for you.

I dont know if there is one yoga exercise that achieves weight loss. I think it helps develop an overall fitness that helps us. Also it helps with a dedicated way of thinking - to be mindful of what we are doing and why. A yoga instructor is very helpful.

Its very nice to hear from you ........so can you tell me the most powerful yoga excersice which is helpful to lose weight but i heard that yoga takes a long time in this case is it true ?

Hi, Your goal sounds similar to mine and we're the same age too. Yes I find yoga gives me a greater incentive to lose weight and achieve some of the poses more easily.

I am 38 years old lady and want to achieve my goal ..........after babygirl i am trying to lose 15 kg weight but failed hmmm but now i joined you guyz i think you will help me out to shed off 25 pounds .......thanks
