My advice would be don't judge yourself. Don't compare yourself and your abilities to anyone else. Don't force stretches and moves, which can result in pain and even injury. Enjoy your practice and B R E A T H E.

I was happy to find some online yoga inspirations on this board. I practice at home and need some yoga inspiration to keep me growing. I am beginning to intermediate...suggestions appreciated. Good day.
