Hello everyone, I was introduced to Yoga last September (2011) and fell in love with it (even at 316 pounds). Amazed at how much strength I built up over time, how much less pain I experienced and how much more flexible I've become. On top of all of that it has helped me become more focused. Looking forward to doing Yoga for the rest of my life!
