Hi everyone,

I'm Ailsa and I thought it was time I introduced myself. I've been using the spark app for a couple of months but so far I haven't seen any results because I've only been doing it half heartedly. It's time to knuckle down though! I thought if I got involved in the community it might help to keep me motivated. I only have one main goal and that's to be more active and make better food choices. I have lots of mini goals like building up to running for a half hour without stopping and that kind of thing. I'm going on a beach holiday in the middle of September so I've put that down as my target date but to be honest, as long as I'm making progress I won't beat myself up if I don't reach the target.
