When I need peace of mind I turn to yoga, when I need to feel strength I turn to yoga & when I need balance I turn to yoga!
The practice found me almost 8 years ago. After I had my second child I needed something new to help me loose ALL the weight I gained (I was 208lbs a week before delivery). I had no motivation to run or do push-ups, crunches...etc. Yoga just fit! I saw results plus it took away stress & fears.
Today I am crazy active & back to pre baby size... maybe smaller?
Staying fit is hard work but I enjoy every minute. I am greatful to have supportive family, friends, SparkPeople, and Advocare.
