Welcome to Spark and to the Yoga Lovers team. Yoga can be a great way to begin to become more active and to engage with your children. I teach yoga to kids from 3 to 10 years of age and love it.
Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.

I'm a stay at home mom w/ 3 kids that I homeschool. I used to be pretty active and healthy but the last few years not so much, as a result I've gained alot of weight and just feel a total lack of energy and self confidence. I'm mainly looking for ideas and motivation to keep myself on the right track w/ my eating and exercise plans. I'm super excited to be here! =)
You can scream, yell, shout, cry, whimper, grunt, bleed, puke and pass out. JUST DON'T QUIT!
