Congrats for working on that pilates instructor certification. I am working with a wonderful teacher who is developing a wonderful vinyassa sequence based ashtanga. It is a sequence that I practice 5-6 days a week and love the way I feel at the end, dripping sweat and serene.

I´m doing the very classic hathayoga for many years. As a dancer I needed to take care of my body and now it helps me to get moving in the morning - if I don´t have flu like right now:-) Sometimes I take some classes of poweryoga. But for that kind of exercise I prefer pilates - and I´m working on my certification as a pilates instructor.
